In previous posts I have been writing about GI basics. Today I will show you chart with GI for different food. Food that measure a GI of 70 to 160 are considered as high GI foods; 56-69 are considered medium GI, and foods that measure <55 are low GI.
High GI – orange
Medium GI – pale green
Low GI – green
